The apartment is located in Prudente de Morais, one of the main streets in Ipanema. Being just 2 minutes from the beach, the ideal apartment for those who enjoy walks along the coast, cycling, diving and other physical activities, in addition to the ease of being able to enjoy the best bars and restaurants in the neighborhood like traditional Girl from Ipanema, Banana Jack, Belmonte, among others! The neighborhood also has a wide variety of supermarkets and pharmacies available. With easy access to public transport and being just 5 minutes from the General Osório Metro Station, its location allows you to reach the cable car to Pão de Açúcar in 20 minutes and 48 minutes to Cristo Redentor.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. The bedroom has a Queen bed and in the living room we have a double sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. The bedroom and living room have air conditioning. The apartment has free internet and cable TV in the living room, has a small table for meals and is equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as: stove, refrigerator and microwave. In addition, we provide bed linen and towels for all guests! The building has 2 elevators, 1 parking space, swimming pool, restaurant and the well-known SPA Maria Bonita (restaurant and spa are not included in the rental of the apartment)
