The apartment is located at Rua Tonelero, a much less busy street than the other parallels, being just 5 minutes from the beach, making it the ideal apartment for those who enjoy walks along the coast, cycling, diving and other physical activities, in addition to ease of being able to enjoy the best bars in the neighborhood like Espetto Carioca and Cervantes! The neighborhood also has a wide range of supermarkets and pharmacies.

With easy access to public transportation and being just 1 minute from the Siqueira Campos Metro Station, its location allows you to reach the cable car to Pão de Açúcar in 15 minutes and 52 minutes to Cristo Redentor.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one being main and the other auxiliary. One bedroom has a Queen bed and a bunk bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. The two bedrooms have air conditioning

The apartment has free internet and cable TV in the living room, has a dining table and is equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as: stove, refrigerator and microwave. In addition, we provide bed linen and towels for all guests! The building has 2 elevators, 1 parking space and a small playground for children!
